Trust Management

• Assets up to $5,000,000                                                                      1%

• Assets on the next $5,000,001 - $10,000,000                                 0.85%

• Assets on the next $10,000,001 - $15,000,000                               0.75%

• Assets on the next $15,000,001 - $20,000,000                               0.65%

• Assets greater than $20,000,001                                                       negotiable

 

Trust administration minimum annual fee - $5,000

 

Probate Estate Management

Per California Probate Code §10800:

• 4% of the first $100,000

• 3% of the next $100,000

• 2% of the next $800,000

• 1% of the next $9,000,000

• 0.5% of the next $15,000,000

 

After $25,000,000, a reasonable amount will be determined by the court. 

 

 

Standard Hourly Fee

• $175.00 per hour 

• Out of pocket expenses are billed to the client

 

In addition to statutory fees, Probate Code §10801 allows for additional fees for extraordinary services such as, but not limited to, tax issues, real property sales and litigation. Fees for extraordinary services are charged at $200-$250 per hour.
