About the Trustee

Monika Pelletier is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary and a National Certified Guardian who specializes in Special Needs Trusts with over 16 years of experience. She has great communication skills and is knowledgeable in State Laws and Probate Codes, SSI and the rules for Medicaid. She is happy to answer your questions and make you feel comfortable when you need it most.

More About Me

My name is Monika Pelletier and I am a second generation licensed Professional Fiduciary and National Certified Guardian practicing in the state of California. I began my fiduciary career as a Trust Associate by handling over forty 401(k) and Pension accounts with one of the largest banks in Southern California. I mentored under one of the most respected Professional Fiduciaries in San Diego, who also held the position of Regional Director of the Southern California division of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC).  I have experience in handling Special Needs Trusts, estate management and trust administration. 

I was a State Board Member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC), and held the position of Regional Director of the San Diego Chapter.  I am currently a member of the National Guardianship Association, Independent Trustee Alliance, Estate Planning Council of San Diego, Estate Planning Group Network, Probate Attorneys of San Diego, as well as the National Care Planning Council. My hobbies and interests include spending time with my family, reading, traveling and cooking. I am drawn to and passionate about charitable organizations such as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
